OSWD Submissions
Open Source Web Design and Open Web Design are areas where designers can upload their designs for others to use, free of charge.
I have supported this website for a while and have started creating designs to upload the their website so that others can benefit. It is an excellent place for brainstorming and obtaining starting blocks for new projects.
